has-text-color\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_174a32-82\">Liuotuksen ja liuospuhdistuksen vaiheet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasutettaessa syntynyt pasute ja suoraliuotusmenetelm\u00e4ll\u00e4 k\u00e4sitelt\u00e4v\u00e4 rikaste liuotetaan rikkihappoliuoksessa, jota saadaan tehtaan sis\u00e4isess\u00e4 liuoskierrossa niin sanottuna paluuhappona. Paluuhapossa sinkki liukenee sinkkisulfaatiksi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sinkkisulfaattiliuos johdetaan liuospuhdistukseen, jossa liuoksesta poistetaan sinkin tuotannon kannalta ylim\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4iset aineet. Hopea, kupari, koboltti, nikkeli ja lyijy otetaan talteen ja l\u00e4hetet\u00e4\u00e4n Bolidenin muille sulatoille, joissa ne jalostetaan myyntituotteiksi. Rauta saostetaan ja poistetaan prosessista jarosiittina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Liuotuksessa tapahtuu seuraava reaktio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ZnO + H<sub>2<\/sub>SO<sub>4<\/sub> \u2192 ZnSO<sub>4<\/sub> + H<sub>2<\/sub>O<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puhdistus perustuu s\u00e4hk\u00f6kemialliseen j\u00e4nnitesarjaan, jossa sinkkipulverilla pelkistet\u00e4\u00e4n ja jalostetaan sinkki\u00e4 jalommat metallit. Prosessivaiheen lopputulos on puhdas sinkkisulfaattiliuos, joka saostetaan metalliseen muotoon seuraavassa prosessivaiheessa eli
